Our accommodation was impeccable! The flat is exactly as it appears in the photos, if not better! Strongly suggested! Definitely returning! Communication with the landlord was excellent, There was always someone available, A perfect little vacation for us! Grateful for everything!

The place was quite roomy and the garden was a pleasant spot to relax in the morning sunlight, One night got a bit cold, but we were informed about the location of portable heaters by the promptly responsive host, The only downsides were a mild damp odor in one of the bedrooms, Upon depositing the trash in the basement, we found out the origin of the odor - extreme black mold, A greeting booklet with all the vital details would have been beneficial,

L'endroit était assez spacieux et le jardin était un endroit agréable pour se détendre au soleil du matin. Une nuit, il a fait un peu froid, mais nous avons été informés de l'emplacement des radiateurs portables par l'hôte rapidement réactif. Les seuls inconvénients étaient une légère odeur d'humidité dans l'une des chambres. En déposant les poubelles au sous-sol, nous avons découvert l'origine de l'odeur - une moisissure noire extrême. Un livret d'accueil avec tous les détails essentiels aurait été bénéfique.

The apartment was astounding and our stay was delightful, The location of the apartment is just perfect, It's in an extremely safe area with an abundance of good restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and the metro station within a 5 min walking distance, The neighborhood is lovely and not overcrowded (mainly locals, very few tourists), yet, it's still convenient to reach all the main attractions in Paris, We took leisurely walks to places like the Eiffel Tower (25 min walk) and used the metro to travel everywhere else, The property has recently been renovated superbly, It's modern and practical, All the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc, worked perfectly and seemed brand new, The patio/backyard area is wonderful and it really enhances the overall appeal of the apartment, It's located on a very quiet street, Hence, you can keep the sliding doors/windows open without worrying about noise from the street, The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, It's not easy to find properties with these features and the hosts were extremely accommodating and customer-focused, I would certainly choose to stay here again,

L'appartement était incroyable et notre séjour a été délicieux, L'emplacement de l'appartement est tout simplement parfait, Il est dans un quartier extrêmement sûr avec une abondance de bons restaurants, boulangeries, supermarchés, pharmacies et la station de métro à 5 minutes à pied, Le quartier est charmant et pas surpeuplé (principalement des locaux, très peu de touristes), pourtant, il est toujours pratique d'atteindre toutes les principales attractions de Paris, Nous avons fait des promenades tranquilles vers des endroits comme la Tour Eiffel (25 minutes à pied) et avons utilisé le métro pour voyager partout ailleurs, La propriété a récemment été superbement rénovée, C'est moderne et pratique, Tous les appareils de cuisine, laveuse/sécheuse, etc, fonctionnaient parfaitement et semblaient tout neufs, Le patio/la cour arrière est magnifique et il améliore vraiment l'attrait général de l'appartement, Il est situé dans une rue très calme, Par conséquent, vous pouvez garder les portes/fenêtres coulissantes ouvertes sans vous soucier du bruit de la rue, Les processus d'enregistrement et de départ se sont déroulés sans heurts, Il n'est pas facile de trouver des propriétés avec ces caractéristiques et les hôtes étaient extrêmement arrangeants et axé sur le client, je choisirais certainement de rester ici à nouveau,

Everything was satisfactory, there's nothing really to contrast, The apartment was a tad chilly, but that was due to the weather, The building has central heating and they were unable to adjust the temperature for a single apartment :(

Tout était satisfaisant, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire, L'appartement était un peu frais, mais c'était à cause de la météo, L'immeuble dispose du chauffage central et ils n'ont pas pu régler la température pour un seul appartement :(
