L'habitation est idéalement localisée, dans un quartier vivant mais sur une rue tranquille, c'est parfait, 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro 🚇 Strasbourg-st dénis, 20 minutes à pied de l'opéra, L'appartement est propre, même s'il n'est pas parfaitement nettoyé, Il est décoré avec style mais l'état se détériore (plusieurs éléments nécessitent des réparations ou des remplacements), Malgré tout, notre séjour a été plaisant,

Le studio a tout ce qu'il faut pour notre séjour - il est compact mais très efficace avec une salle de bain très spacieuse. Quant à l'emplacement, il est situé dans une rue paisible, tout en étant très accessible, Strasbourg-Saint-Denis n'est qu'à quelques minutes. This spot gets a perfect score from me, 10/10! I strongly endorse this location! The flat was tidy, stunning, and stocked with all the necessary amenities, The area was fantastic, easily accessible and safe, with an abundance of eateries and pubs nearby! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, The only downside was the lack of wifi, but apart from that, my stay was exceptional :)

C'était l'appartement le plus central avec un lit double et ce n'était pas un canapé-lit ni dans un loft, Bien relié au centre et proche d'une rue piétonne avec des bars et des cafés, Une belle arche domine la place voisine, Confortable appartement, accès et sortie faciles, C'est un premier étage sans ascenseur, cuisine équipée sans four ni lave-vaisselle, plusieurs endroits intéressants pour manger à proximité, J'éviterais peut-être la partie la plus orientale du quartier, L'appartement est géré par une entreprise, et arrivée est autonome avec une boîte à clés,

Joeffrey's apartment is a charming, contemporary space, It was equipped with everything we required during our Paris stay, including snacks, tea and coffee capsules, The place appears more impressive than its photographs, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the neighbourhood was serene and secure, A number of great bistros and vibrant streets are within walking distance, and the metro station is just a minute or two away on foot, I wholeheartedly endorse Joeffrey's place for an ideal Parisian stay!

L'appartement de Joeffrey est un espace charmant et contemporain. Il était équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pendant notre séjour à Paris, y compris des collations, des capsules de thé et de café. L'endroit semble plus impressionnant que ses photographies, le lit était ultra-confortable et le quartier était serein et sécurisé.
