The apartment was situated at an ideal location! It was exactly as described and extremely tidy, Bear in mind that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs (quite a cramped space) to reach the apartment if you're carrying a big suitcase, Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it and if ever in Paris again, I would choose to stay here!

L'appartement était idéalement situé ! Il était exactement comme décrit et extrêmement bien rangé. Gardez à l'esprit qu'il faut monter 4 étages d'escaliers (un espace assez exigu) pour atteindre l'appartement si vous portez une grosse valise. Néanmoins, je le recommande vivement et si jamais je retourne à Paris, je choisirais de rester ici !

Despite being familiar with the bustling location filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, I was initially hesitant to book this place due to my light sleeping nature, However, I was pleasantly surprised by how silent the apartment was, probably because of the double-paned windows, With the windows open, I could enjoy the lively scenes outside, including beautiful trees, stunning architecture, and people enjoying their meals at cafes, The view was charming, and although I could hear the outside activities, closing the windows would instantly mute all the noise, The location was excellent, and the apartment was cozy, The pull-out sofa where I slept was comfy, and I believe it even had a new mattress, The quality linens and soft, fresh white towels added to the comfort, The apartment has been updated and was spotlessly clean, It had all the necessary kitchenware and utensils, As a solo traveler, the glass partition between the bathroom and living area was not an issue for me, I'm looking forward to returning soon,

FrançaisBien que je connaisse l'endroit animé rempli de restaurants, cafés, bars et boutiques, j'ai d'abord hésité à réserver cet endroit en raison de ma nature de sommeil léger. Cependant, j'ai été agréablement surpris par le silence de l'appartement, probablement à cause des fenêtres à double vitrage. Avec les fenêtres ouvertes, je pouvais profiter des scènes animées à l'extérieur, y compris de beaux arbres, une architecture époustouflante et des gens qui prenaient leurs repas dans les cafés. La vue était charmante, et même si je pouvais entendre les activités extérieures, fermer les fenêtres couperait instantanément tout le bruit. L'emplacement était excellent et l'appartement était confortable. Le canapé-lit où j'ai dormi était confortable, et je crois qu'il avait même un nouveau matelas. Les draps de qualité et les serviettes blanches douces et fraîches ont ajouté au confort. L'appartement a été rénové et était d'une propreté irréprochable. Il avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles nécessaires. En tant que voyageur solo, la cloison en verre entre la salle de bain et le salon n'était pas un problème pour moi. J'ai hâte de revenir bientôt.

The flat is exactly as depicted in the photos, We stayed for a period of 5 days and found it to be quite cozy, with an exceptional location and numerous eateries and all tourist spots within walking distance, If you're carrying heavy luggage, bear in mind - our flat was on the 4th floor, the building doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are quite narrow, It was a real challenge to haul up the suitcases, It's also worth noting that the bathroom has clear glass, There's only one curtain on the window - the other one is damaged and it leads to some discomfort, Apart from that, everything else was superb, thank you very much!

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours et l'avons trouvé assez cosy, avec un emplacement exceptionnel et de nombreux restaurants et tous les sites touristiques accessibles à pied, Si vous transportez des bagages lourds, gardez à l'esprit que notre appartement était au 4ème étage, l'immeuble n'a pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers sont assez étroits, C'était un vrai défi de monter les valises, Il convient également de noter que la salle de bain a du verre transparent, Il n'y a qu'un seul rideau à la fenêtre - l'autre est endommagé et cela entraîne un certain inconfort, A part cela, tout le reste était superbe, merci beaucoup !
