Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbringen dürfen und sind absolut begeistert! Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der U-Bahn und sehr nahe am Zentrum und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten 😊 wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause, ich kann es nur empfehlen! In der Wohnung gibt es auch alles, was man zum Kochen usw, braucht, Der Innenhof ist auch sehr schön! Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Paris ❤️

Nous avons pu passer une semaine dans cet appartement et sommes absolument ravis ! L'emplacement est excellent, juste à côté du métro et très proche du centre et de tous les sites touristiques 😊 nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, je ne peux que le recommander ! L'appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, etc. La cour est également très agréable ! Merci beaucoup pour ces merveilleuses vacances à Paris ❤️

The flat is small, contemporary, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing, There were no problems with connecting to the Wi-Fi that other reviewers mentioned, However, there was an issue with retrieving the key during check-in, I contacted the host to inquire if my husband and I could leave our luggage in the flat before check-in, but was informed that it would not be possible, and check-in was scheduled to start at 1500, At 1510, we arrived at the location to pick up the key and found the designated lock box open and empty, I messaged the host through CheckMyGuest about the missing key, 25 minutes later, I received a response saying that the matter was being looked into, To cut a long story short, at 1600, the cleaning lady arrived with the key (an hour after the advertised check-in time) stating that she had no clue that anyone was checking in that day, After a long and tiring journey, it was disappointing that the flat was not prepared for us to check in as promised,

L'arrivée et le départ se font assez facilement en autonomie même si vous devez vous déplacer pour récupérer/restituer la clé qui n'est pas dans l'appartement mais assez proche, Il ne manque de rien! C'est petit mais bien optimisé! Maximum 2 personnes car l'espace de rangement est très limité au-delà d'une penderie avec 8 cintres, Cuisine bien équipée, serviettes propres et lit confortable!

Very small but functional studio apartment two minutes from Republic Square, well connected by metro to the city center, Being on the ground floor, you can hear the metro passing underneath considerably, depending on the ease of sleep, it can be a problem, and the lights from the inner courtyard can also be annoying, Apart from that detail, the studio is quite good and meets the indicated requirements, The bed is comfortable and well equipped, I notice that the shower seems to have a hot water tank, and it allows for a shower of just over 5 minutes, The check-in process is quite bad, with incorrect instructions (the address was wrong, and the code to pick up the keys was also wrong, it took 1 hour to give us the correct code), When we left, we also had problems returning the keys and it took more than half an hour to respond with different instructions than the ones we had,
