Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé avec des restaurants, des bars et une épicerie à proximité, Le seul inconvénient est probablement l'absence de fenêtre pour l'aération, mais cela devient secondaire, Il faut également faire attention au bruit car certaines zones, dont le hall d'entrée, sont mal insonorisées, Le logement est conforme aux photos, checkmyguest répond rapidement à nos questions, Je le recommande vivement,

Eravamo in 10,6 adulti e 4 bambini,la casa è stata perfetta,ognuno di noi aveva i suoi spazi e soprattutto il suo bagno!Posizione ottima vicinissima alla fermata Voltaire ma anche alla m1 bastille (10 minuti a piedi),I dintorni sono molto belli,tantissimi locali dove poter mangiare ad ogni ora,supermercati,pub,boulangerie,insomma tutto quello che serve!Self check in ben organizzato,sono stati molto disponibili e i tempi di risposta sono abbastanza brevi, La consiglio e spero di poterci tornare presto!!

Nous étions 10, 6 adultes et 4 enfants, la maison était parfaite, chacun avait son espace et surtout sa salle de bain ! Excellente situation très proche de l'arrêt Voltaire mais aussi du M1 Bastille (10 minutes à pied) , le cadre est très agréable, beaucoup d'endroits où manger à toute heure, supermarchés, pubs, boulangeries, bref tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! Self check in bien organisé, ils ont été très serviables et les délais de réponse sont assez courts, je le recommande et J'espère pouvoir revenir bientôt !!

My kin and I enjoyed a marvelous sojourn in this apartment, It provided ample space for us to gather and also to seek tranquility when needed, The hosts were outstanding! They were quick to respond and very supportive, The locale boasted some quite interesting bars and eateries, which is expected in Paris, Overall, this place is highly commendable,

Mes proches et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Il nous a offert un espace suffisant pour nous réunir et aussi pour rechercher la tranquillité lorsque nous en avions besoin. Les hôtes étaient exceptionnels ! Ils ont été rapides à répondre et très encourageants. Le quartier comptait des bars et des restaurants assez intéressants, ce qui est attendu à Paris. Dans l'ensemble, cet endroit est hautement recommandable.

We were a group of 11 people, the house is spacious and fits well, The sofa beds in the dining room are doubles and fit two people well, There are 5 bathrooms so it is ideal for groups, We did not cook but the kitchen is well equipped, We were missing hair dryers and the same day we asked for them we had them in the apartment, The area is very quiet and well connected, I recommend it, It has been a great stay, Thank you,

Lovely apartment that is ideal for groups, Fantastic area with everything you need within 2 blocks, Close to many major attractions in Paris, We really enjoyed the apartment, The apartment was not prepared when we arrived and we had to wait outside for an hour and a half, We received no response from the property management company and had to contact CheckMyGuest, CheckMyGuest refunded a percentage of the rent along with a small discount from the property management company as compensation, The apartment lacks air conditioning and half of the fans were not working, Despite contacting the property management company 4 times over 3 days, we only received new fans on our last night, While the apartment and the neighborhood are fantastic, the property management company,,, leaves much to be desired,

Our group of 8 had a pleasant stay at the apartment, conveniently located near the metro and local facilities, Despite being labeled as a ‘loft’, it was actually on the ground floor! The kitchen lacked some essentials like enough mugs for all of us, baking trays, and sufficient utensils, However, this didn't pose a problem for those planning to dine out, We all enjoyed our time and had a fantastic city getaway with comfortable lodging,

Joffrey’s Place is absolutely fantastic, We stayed there with a group of 10 people and we absolutely adored the location, The apartment looks just like the pictures, The kitchen was a bit smaller than we thought but it was the perfect size for preparing simple meals, The area where the apartment is located is really lovely and you can easily walk there from Gare du Lyon, There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries in the vicinity,

Great location and spacious area for a group of friends! We encountered some difficulties with the lock box, but the host was quick to assist,

Situé dans un quartier très bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, de nombreux bons restaurants à proximité et à quelques minutes du métro, Très spacieux (nous étions 7) idéal pour un rassemblement familial avec ce très grand salon et une cuisine ouverte, Il y a 3 douches, 3 toilettes et une salle de bains qui nous ont permis de vivre ensemble pendant quelques jours et de conserver notre intimité, c'est un vrai confort, Logement très propre et bien décoré sans être trop chargé, Les photos de l'annonce correspondent bien à la réalité, nous avons pu célébrer Noël en famille dans un cadre agréable, Merci à Geoffrey pour ses instructions d'arrivée très claires, son suivi, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité, Nous reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain voyage à Paris, Aline & famille
