The place was conveniently located close to Gard du Nord, The host provided clear instructions to locate and access the building, The apartment was spacious enough for our group of 8 and came with all necessary amenities, There's a grocery store nearby for essential food supplies, The only downside was the noise from traffic and pedestrians at night for the bedrooms facing the main road, One of the bedrooms had curtains that didn't fully cover the window to block out sunlight or shutters like the ones in the living room, Nevertheless, it's a fantastic apartment and a great place to stay while visiting,

A pleasant place to stay in Paris, Situated above a bustling street, numerous shops, eateries, and the metro were all within walking distance, When we arrived, the entry code system was a bit tricky, but the host responded quickly and assisted us in figuring things out, The flat was neat and spacious enough for our group of 10 (children and adults) to feel at ease, If you are traveling with young children, please note that the windows in two of the bedrooms are low and easy to open, Additionally, the apartment is located on the second floor (European 1st floor) with narrow, winding stairs that are often dimly lit, One last thing to mention: there is a washing machine but no dryer, I'm not sure if these amenities are typical of living in France or specific to this apartment, so they are not criticisms, just things to keep in mind, especially if you are coming from the US, Overall, it is a great option for exploring Paris,

We really liked the apartment, Very well located! The only thing that is lacking is the kitchen, which is very small and poorly equipped, The electric oven was not installed and we had to improvise to use the oven in the living room, We had to ask for dishes for the six people who rented the apartment,

This lovely apartment is just as described, It is lovely, bright, and spacious, There were 7 of us and we enjoyed spending time at home, cooking, and having a few dinners in, It was clean and had everything we needed (bed sheets, towels, etc), The only downside was a strange noise (like running water) in one of the bedrooms, In the end, we chose not to use it and slept well on the sofa bed, The location is well connected to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby,

Joffrey always responded quickly to our requests, We traveled to Paris with 6 people (two couples with 1 child each), The apartment served us perfectly, Excellent location, many restaurants and markets just a few blocks away, Metro stations and even scooters and bicycles are nearby for rent, It was an excellent experience in Paris, The apartment is large (with three bedrooms) and allowed us to put the children to sleep while we dined in the living room without our conversation disturbing them, Thank you Joffrey! Joffrey's flat was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures, While some previous guests had difficulties with the Wi-Fi and hot water, our group of 7 didn't encounter any problems, The internet connection was excellent and there was an abundance of hot water, The flat was immaculate and I liked the gesture of leaving a bottle of water and a small cookie for each guest, There were plenty of fresh towels provided, Thank you for a wonderful stay,

The flat is really beautiful and wonderfully situated near metro stations and various tourist areas in Paris, There are also supermarkets and shops close by, We were a group of 10 people, 3 couples, each with their own room, and 4 children who slept on the sofa beds in the living-dining room, The check-in process is easy and was well explained, We had amazing days in Paris! Things to keep in mind: the flat has a complete bathroom that is inside one of the rooms and a shower and a toilet in the hallway, You can hear noise in the rooms that face the main street, We brought food to cook, but unfortunately, the fridge doesn't work properly and a lot of our food got ruined, We informed them on the first day, but they didn't come to check it, The oven also didn't work properly,

Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et extrêmement bien situé, br/br/En ce qui concerne les points positifs : l'appartement est vraiment magnifique, les espaces sont grands, les lits sont confortables, l'emplacement idéal à Paris (proche du métro et des principaux sites à voir), la vaisselle disponible en quantité suffisante, les serviettes également, l'ascenseur, la procédure d'arrivée très simple,br/br/En ce qui concerne les points négatifs : une éponge et des sacs poubelles seraient utiles pour laisser l'appartement propre, la gardienne de l'immeuble est étrange, les murs sont fins donc on entend tout dans la chambre d'à côté,

Almost everything was perfect, The only issue was the heavy weekend traffic on the main road at night, which the living room and one bedroom windows face, It made it really difficult to sleep on weekend nights, Something to consider if you have kids or someone with you who may have trouble sleeping,

The flat is in a fantastic location, near the underground, It was ideal for two families of 2 + 2, Regrettably, the flat needs a deep clean, Nonetheless, everything else is wonderful and I would suggest it for a trip to Paris 😊
