It is a lovely apartment, though it comes with its own advantages and disadvantages, Advantages: - Excellent location, - Spacious enough for a family of 4, - Large kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer (great feature), - Lovely balcony with a dining table overlooking the sea, - Proximity to the beach, - High level of security, - Complimentary parking Disadvantages: - Experienced issues with check-in and the parking space was taken upon arrival, Additionally, the key fob that opens both gates was not provided during check-in, leaving us stranded at the property until the following day, - Encountered a shortage of supplies such as only half a roll of toilet paper, no fresh sponge, no dish soap or dishwasher detergent, and no laundry detergent, - Spent a considerable amount of time on the day of arrival and the following day trying to resolve these issues, - The major problem was with mosquitoes, It should be noted that this location is adjacent to a marsh and lacks air conditioning, so leaving the windows open at night can lead to trouble, Our children were badly bitten, - Lack of air conditioning
