Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet, Die Lage war perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und eine super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um nach Dubrovnik zu kommen, Für uns als Familie war es insgesamt eine perfekte Ferienwohnung,

Fantastic Stay!Tatjana was a fantastic host, She provided lots of information on things to do during our stay in Dubrovnik, The bus stop is located right outside the apartment and takes approximately 15 minutes to the old town, It costs 15kn per trip and runs quite frequently, We also had a car rental which we could park safely outside the apartment for free, The pool and spa was a special added bonus which we really enjoyed, A 10/,10 stay from us - thank you,

Just outside the city centre this apartment is great to escape after a busy day in the city, Clean, modern and with the best shower I have ever used the apartment was just what we were looking for, The host Tatjana was so welcoming and even ordered pizzas for us as we arrived too late to buy food anywhere, The following morning she drove us to the supermarket so we could pick up groceries, Always on hand to help and with useful information Tatjana was awesome! The apartment is a 15-20 min (depending on how busy the port is when you drive through) bus journey from the old town and buses go past every 15 minutes and come back right up to 2am, We would definitely recommend villa roza to anyone and would come back and stay here again,

Nice appartment next to Dubrovnik, it's easy to go there by bus, The place is really clean, our hosts were nice and gave us good advices for our trip, There is a small river next to the appartment to have a walk, the view is amazing and sunny, The swimming pool is also a good place to take a rest,
