PerfectConvenient location in Lapad, clean house with all facilities, very kind hosts, They even treated us with fresh tomatoes and basil from their vegetable garden upon arrival, We would go there again if traveling to Dubrovnik in the future,

Highly recommended!The hosts were very sweet people, greeted us well and showed us the apartment, The couple were quite old and could not speak english but it was not needed as their actions were more than enough, My 6 year old daughter got chocolates and hugs from them! The best hosts ever!! Apartment was very clean and spacious, 2 double beds, nice kitchen, good bathroom, patio outside, Location is close to bus stop, grocery stores, pick up point for tour buses,

Le couple était assez âgé et ne parlait pas anglais mais ce n'était pas nécessaire car leurs actions étaient plus que suffisantes. Ma fille de 6 ans a reçu des chocolats et des câlins de leur part ! Les meilleurs hôtes de tous les temps ! L'appartement était très propre et spacieux, 2 lits doubles, belle cuisine, bonne salle de bain, terrasse extérieure. L'emplacement est proche de l'arrêt de bus, des épiceries, du point de ramassage pour les bus touristiques.

We rented the 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids, The AC worked beautifully for the hot days! We could easily walk to the beach and the cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes We took an Uber to Old Town and it cost â¬6, There is also a private parking spot in front of the guest house,\nThe owners don',t speak English, but they are SO sweet Leo, their grandson was the one we communicated with and his English was perfect, I would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons loué l'appartement 1 chambre et c'était parfait pour notre famille de 2 adultes + 2 enfants, la climatisation fonctionnait à merveille pour les journées chaudes ! Nous pouvions facilement nous rendre à pied à la plage et aux cafés et restaurants en 10 minutes. Nous avons pris un Uber pour la vieille ville et cela nous a coûté 6 €. Il y a aussi une place de parking privée devant la maison d'hôtes. Les propriétaires ne parlent pas anglais, mais ils sont tellement gentils Leo, leur petit-fils était celui avec qui nous avons communiqué et son anglais était parfait, je reviendrais certainement ici !

Overall, a very pleasant stay, All as advertised, Parking is for two cars out of which one needs to block the other one, In 2 days we had no problems being unblocked/unblocking but I can see how sometimes this may be a bit inconvenient,

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay, nice room with a comfortable bed, everything extremely clean including the shared kitchen and bathroom, Had to get the bus into Dubrovnik but buses very frequent and cheap so not a problem, and was nice to get away from busy Dubrovnik and spend some time in Lapad, Would recommend,

This place is lovely the beds are comfortable and so we all slept really well! The aircon works perfectly, The wifi was good, There is a beach in walking distance and its close to old town, We have a car so getting around was no problem and theres parking,

Amazing house, very clean and comfortable, not very good communication in english, 4,3 kms from old town, Nice balcony with view, good wifi signal, very friendly owners and generally a big recommendation for this place,

jeremija and jela are very kind persons, although they don't speak english, their desire to communicate makes everything goes smoothly:) they also have a young grandson who can help around, value for money is excellent, located couple of minutes from the bus stop where buses to old town stop, many shops and bars and I also noticed a lot of tourists around, it might be a bit steep for people with walking difficulties/conditions/not in a good shape, but was really ok for me, and I only went up and down once or twice a day, a beautiful walking path starts from there (lapad roundabout) and goes around lapad peninsula, with amazing view,

The owners could not have been more helpful, On the first evening, I was taken ill with a particularly virulent stomach-bug which meant the bathroom needed extensive cleaning, The owners and his(?) mother who lives next door insisted on doing the job and their only concern was for my well-being, On the second evening the external temperature dropped rapidly and, without being asked, we were offered additional bedding so as to keep us comfortable, The room, shared kitchen and bathroom were all spotless, Our room had a refrigerator in which to keep our perishable goods, The bed was very comfortable, As there were no other residents whilst we were there, we had no problems with trying to use the shared facilities but we thought there could need to be complex negotiations over the use of the bathroom and kitchen - which has a small table seating only two - if there were more residents, The location is on a steep hillside and, perhaps, not best suited to the elderly, It's about fifteen minutes walk (for us) from the Lapad Post Office bus stop, supermarket and restaurants,
