Chalet à Bichlbach près des pistes de ski

concerns : 1AW1JXYG We took contact with Belvilla a few days before we left as we received (again) a booking confirmation by mail on July 8th . We even had a tel conversation with a Mr. Florin???? - Belvilla (on the 800 number). He assured us that everthing was ok and that we could leave to spend our holiday in Bichbach - Austria. He really assured us several times (even resend us the booking information/confirmation)..... BUT in Bichlbach is was a construction site as we already learned by the owner. The chalets were not ready yet. THE CHALETS WERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION....although we explicitely asked Mr Florin if the chalets were ready! He keeps on telling us that we have to go to Bichlbach!!!!!!. We went to Bichbach and have seen the chalets with our own eyes.....We went by car with 3 little kids and a pregnant women (10 ours drive!!!!) Although we booked via Belvilla, Luckely a company Common VIsual (owner of the chalets???) had another chalet in another village for us. And we can confirm that the service of this company wasEXCELLENT Hereby we will inform you that our experience with Belvilla is really bad and confusing and stressfull. kind regards - fam. soucis : 1AW1JXYG Nous avons pris contact avec Belvilla quelques jours avant notre départ car nous avons reçu (encore) une confirmation de réservation par mail le 8 juillet. Nous avons eu une brève conversation avec un M. Florin???? - Belvilla (au numéro 800). Il nous a assuré que tout allait bien et que nous pouvions partir passer nos vacances à Bichbach - Autriche. Il nous a vraiment assuré à plusieurs reprises (nous a même renvoyé les informations/confirmation de réservation)..... MAIS à Bichlbach, il y avait un chantier de construction comme nous l'avons déjà appris par le propriétaire. Les chalets n'étaient pas encore prêts. LES CHALETS ÉTAIT EN CONSTRUCTION....même si nous avons explicitement demandé à M. Florin si les chalets étaient prêts ! Il n'arrête pas de nous dire qu'il faut aller à Bichlbach !!!!!!. Nous sommes allés à Bichbach et avons vu les chalets de nos propres yeux.....Nous sommes allés en voiture avec 3 petits enfants et une femme enceinte (10 heures de route !!!!) Bien que nous ayons réservé via Belvilla, heureusement une société Common VIsual (propriétaire des chalets ???) avait pour nous un autre chalet dans un autre village. Et nous pouvons confirmer que le service de cette société était EXCELLENT. Par la présente, nous vous informerons que notre expérience avec Belvilla est vraiment mauvaise, déroutante et stressante. cordialement - Famille De Backker
