Villa de luxe à Juan-les-Pins

Great villa and plenty of options and configurations to accommodate our 10 guests. The location was perfect with lots locally for shopping, drinks and restaurants. What a stunning beach area which we made the most of and only a very short walk away. As we are very active the walking was superb and our 10 mile hike around the cap de Antibes was a real highlight. Antibes itself was a perfect mix of history and modern and again was a great hit with the guests. Proximity to the Juan-Les Pins station meant a 10 minutes walk and access along the coast with our intrepid adventurers getting as far east as Fréjus and west into Italy to Ventimiglia, fantastic. Our group found something to do everyday including some time to use the pool and sun loungers. A few positive and negative points we did encounter and we list these a feedback for review / fixing. - Kazem was great, he fixed a shower flooding problem within hours to our satisfaction. - Instructions for alarms, wifi, bins etc. were hand written and perhaps typed clearer notes would help - Pool wooden decking area was a disaster. It was 'collapsing' and meant we had to tread very carefully to use the sun beds otherwise we would have had some injuries. As we were all adults we took extra care but it would be a no go area for children! - Master bedroom was 'tired', wardrobe door was stuck, draw fronts falling off, and too be honest the open plan bathroom does not work for us and would have preferred it more private. - Bedroom next to master, the en-suite needed a deep clean and shower resealed. - Outside covered 'Garage' area was scuffy and not that clean. BBQ was dirty and we found the oven trays under the BBQ and they had not been cleaned from previous occupants. (We used this area quite extensively to be in the open cooking). Kazem was most accommodating as we did arrive a couple of hours early and that may have disturbed his plans! One thing that would be extremely useful is a detailed floor plan of the bedrooms and configurations of beds. As we had a mix of three couples and 4-5 singles trying to work out sleeping plans was a nightmare and personally I and another guest ended up with single beds in one apartment and had we known would have asked these to be doubles and of course we could not close the partitions as the air-con was in the other rooms! Overall a fantastic time had by all and this is a villa and/or area we will certainly re-visit. Thanks Marianne and Belvilla

Grande villa et de nombreuses options et configurations pour accueillir nos 10 invités. L'emplacement était parfait avec beaucoup de magasins, de boissons et de restaurants sur place. Quelle magnifique plage dont nous avons profité au maximum et à seulement quelques pas de là. Comme nous sommes très actifs, la marche a été superbe et notre randonnée de 16 km autour du cap d'Antibes a été un véritable moment fort. Antibes elle-même était un mélange parfait d'histoire et de modernité et a encore une fois été un grand succès auprès des invités. La proximité de la gare de Juan-Les Pins signifiait 10 minutes de marche et un accès le long de la côte avec nos aventuriers intrépides allant jusqu'à l'est jusqu'à Fréjus et à l'ouest en Italie jusqu'à Vintimille, fantastique. Notre groupe a trouvé quelque chose à faire tous les jours, y compris du temps pour utiliser la piscine et les chaises longues. Quelques points positifs et négatifs que nous avons rencontrés et nous les répertorions dans un commentaire pour examen/correction. - Kazem était génial, il a résolu un problème d'inondation de douche en quelques heures à notre satisfaction. - Les instructions pour les alarmes, le wifi, les poubelles, etc. ont été écrites à la main et peut-être que des notes plus claires seraient utiles - La terrasse en bois de la piscine était un désastre. Il s'effondrait et nous devions faire très attention pour utiliser les transats, sinon nous aurions eu des blessures. Comme nous étions tous des adultes, nous avons fait très attention, mais ce serait une zone interdite aux enfants ! - La chambre principale était "fatiguée", la porte de l'armoire était coincée, les façades tombaient et, pour être honnête, la salle de bain ouverte ne fonctionne pas pour nous et l'aurait préféré plus privée. - Chambre à côté du maître, la salle de bains avait besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur et d'une douche refermée. - La zone extérieure couverte du "Garage" était délabrée et pas très propre. Le barbecue était sale et nous avons trouvé les plaques du four sous le barbecue et elles n'avaient pas été nettoyées par les occupants précédents. (Nous avons utilisé cette zone assez largement pour cuisiner à ciel ouvert). Kazem était très accommodant car nous sommes arrivés quelques heures plus tôt et cela a peut-être perturbé ses plans ! Une chose qui serait extrêmement utile est un plan détaillé du lit.
