The house has air conditioning. There are several balconies at different levels and in all directions, around the house, totaling over 70 square meters. One is under cover and has lounge furniture and a fridge. On another spacious terrace of 30 square meters there is both a charcoal and a gas grill. In the area there are several nice baths and hiking trails and within walking distance there is a nice restaurant and kiosk. Just below the house is the bus stop. Stockholm city is approximately 30 minutes away by car.
