At the same lake, a few kilometers away, there is also the Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach, barbecue area, kiosk and jumping tower. When the weather permits, an ice rink of about 5 km is built on the lake in winter, and there is usually also an ice rink for those who enjoy winter swimming. Feel free to try playing disco golf on the course that is right next door. Instead of a golf club, you use a disc. There are also exercise tracks, a mountain bike trail, and a ski slope with a lift. At the Björkvallen sports facility there is also an ice hockey rink, bandy and football field. In Björklinge itself, there is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, and you can quickly get by bus or car into the university city of Uppsala, where the offer is large with many attractions so close that you can stroll between them. Feel free to visit Uppsala Castle, the cathedral and everything the city has to offer in terms of culture, shopping and food experiences.
