There is also Kosta Safari Park where you can meet moose, bison, fallow deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar up close. The train station in Hovmantorp is about 500m from the house, which is worth thinking about if you want to easily make day trips to e.g. Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Växjö. Trains are also a convenient way to get to the house.
