Locked out from the apartment Las Colinas Golf resort / apartment Tipuana ES-03189-89 To whom it might concern by Belvilla, R&B or the owner of the apartment. We pass you this claim, as we had a very terrifying incident, in the apartment we rented via Belvilla. We arrived Tuesday the 05/7-22 around 6pm, after 18 hours of traveling. After dinner around 8pm, we went for a swim in the pool. Just wearing bathing clothes and 1 set of keys, we closed the door to the apartment. Trying to enter the apartment again, we were unable to unlock the door. We tried to contact the agency who made the handover of the keys (R&B homes), but they were closed. We got in contact with security, who also tried to enter…without succes. With help from security, we got a name for a locksmith, which we contacted. They arrived around 11pm, and 30 minuts later, we were able to enter the apartment again. This was for a cost of € 288,- The rootcause for the door jam, was the secound set of keys, which were still on the inside, stuck in the door. By the handover of keys and in the introduction to the apartment, we were not informed about “do not leave your keys in the door inside, if you go out”, nor is this set as an information/instruction, in the material of the apartment. So we found ourself totally unaware about the very unpleasent situation we had to experiance, nor did we do this by accident or other purpose… we did simply not have the nessecary information. Our family had a very ugly experiance that evening, so we claim a refund for the amount we had to pay from the locksmith. We look forward to hear from you again, and your accept for the full refund of the cost we had, to enter the apartment again Thanks for your attention. ——- Beside this, the pool needs a complete cleaning, as there are algae many places at the inside of the pool. Especially in the filter zones. We also miss an iron, and a couple of new chairs in the living room would be fine ( there are holes in 2 chairs, this is covered with a blanket ) The 2 deck chairs at the balkon, are rusty So some refreshment is to wish. Nous sommes arrivés mardi le 05/7-22 vers 18h, après 18 heures de voyage. Après le dîner vers 20h, nous sommes allés nous baigner dans la piscine. Juste vêtus de vêtements de bain et d'un jeu de clés, nous avons fermé la porte de l'appartement. En essayant d'entrer à nouveau dans l'appartement, nous n'avons pas pu déverrouiller la porte. Nous avons essayé de contacter l'agence qui a fait la remise des clés (maisons R&B) , mais ils étaient fermés. Nous sommes entrés en contact avec la sécurité, qui a également tenté d'entrer… sans succès. Avec l'aide de la sécurité, nous avons trouvé le nom d'un serrurier, que nous avons contacté. Ils sont arrivés vers 23 heures et 30 minutes plus tard, nous avons pu entrer à nouveau dans l'appartement.Ce fut pour un coût de 288 €, - La cause principale du blocage de la porte était le deuxième jeu de clés, qui étaient toujours à l'intérieur, coincé dans la porte. Lors de la remise des clés et lors de l'introduction à l'appartement, nous n'avons pas été informés de "ne laissez pas vos clés dans la porte à l'intérieur, si vous sortez", ni n'est-il défini comme une information/instruction, dans le matériel de l'appartement.Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés totalement inconscients de la situation très désagréable que nous avons dû vivre, et nous ne l'avons pas fait par accident ou à d'autres fins… nous n'avions tout simplement pas les informations nécessaires.Notre famille a vécu une expérience très laide ce soir-là, nous réclamons donc le remboursement du montant que nous avons dû payer au serrurier. ——-A côté de cela, la piscine a besoin d'un nettoyage complet, car il y a des algues ma ny endroits à l'intérieur de la piscine. Surtout dans les zones de filtrage. Il nous manque aussi un fer à repasser, et quelques nouvelles chaises dans le salon seraient bien (il y a des trous dans 2 chaises, c'est recouvert d'un blan
