Private parking is at guest's disposal, as well as the shopping center with the restaurant, coffee shop, and the bank being the part of the property building. This lovely one bedroom apartment with balcony features WiFi, air conditioning and SAT TV. It can comfortably accommodating 4 people The bedroom is equipped with large double bed, with additional sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and toaster. Guests will be provided with the dining area as well. The bathroom is fit with a bathtub and a hair dryer. Balcony is equipped with an outdoor seating area.
